Volume 4 - 4.28.2020
Just a peek into some of my favorite calligraphy fonts, which I have been collected since I was a kid!
This week, the theme is calligraphy. Though calligraphy and handwritten scripts are similar, the ones on feature today have a bit more refinement and sophistication than more rustic handwritten fonts. These are perfect for weddings, playful branding, or just to have in the arsenal for future projects!
No. 1 Memories
I absolutely love the swashed crosses on this font, and how some letters dip below the baseline. Memories, despite its name, has a beautiful modern calligraphy look that is great for projects that need a more delicate touch.

No. 2 Mastura Script
Mastura Script has a little bit more funk than some of the more classic calligraphic scripts I've seen. The gorgeous way the lowercase t is crossed has to be my favorite part about this font. I can absolutely envision this on weddings invites and menus!

No. 3 Argentina Script Regular
This font is the most traditional font featured, as it has a clear distinction between the upper and lowercase letters and has a consistent baseline. This would be great for a more vintage, bespoke inspired design.

No. 4 Tagonda
A bit bolder, and yet still has gorgeous lines. Tagonda is perfect for projects that need long swatches of written text, because nothing gets too cluttered—which can be hard to find in calligraphy fonts! It has a classically sophisticated feel.
